Where do you ship?
We currently ship everywhere in the continental United States. For an additional charge, we offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Please allow us for 7-10 business days to prepare your order.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
Returns
What is the return policy?
Because the purchases support humanitarian relief efforts in Ukraine, we do not accept returns or exchanges, so all orders are final. However, we will correct any item that has been damaged during shipment, is missing from the order, or has wrongly been sent in place of the correct item.
Missing items are those that show up on your order confirmation but have not been sent. If an item cannot be found in the order confirmation it means that we have not received it. If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 2 business days of your delivery date.
If an item has been backordered it will be sent out once it’s back in stock.
If a wrong item was ordered by mistake, we cannot be responsible for replacing it.
Please do not send damaged items back. Instead, please follow these steps:
1. Take pictures of the damaged or defective product.
2. Contact us within 2 business days of your delivery date and attach a copy of your pictures and notes on what occurred.
3. We will then notify you of your replacement product shipment.
